We’re having a particularly gloomy week in LA, which makes it the perfect time for some homemade ramen.

Speaking of soup, have you ever wondered what the cloudy stuff in miso soup, or ‘moya moya’, is and why it always seems to gather up into a little ball when you let the soup sit??
